Captains

What You’ll Do

Safely operate our vessels while providing a friendly onboard experience for passengers (a good sense of humor helps!)

Qualifications & Credentials

We are looking for individuals with demonstrated charter experience, strong boat-handling skills, and confidence docking in tight quarters and current. 

Must haves:

  • Hold a valid USCG Master's License (Masters 25GT Inland minimum)

  • First-aid and CPR certifications

  • Pre-employment drug test and enrollment in the DOT random drug testing program

  • Professional, clean-cut, and personable

  • Availability for weekends and holidays

Deckhands

What You’ll Do
Work closely with our captains to ensure a great experience for customers. You will also be responsible for greeting passengers, checking them in and out, escorting them to and from our vessels, helping to load and unload customer gear, assist with docking, wash and clean boats and make sure the premises are clearn and orderly at all times.

Qualifications

  • Enjoy being around People

  • Must be at least 16 with a valid drivers license 

  • The ability to work weekends and holidays 

  • Previous experience is not necessary, but helpful.
